Central Valley Regional Center’s mission is to help individuals with developmental disabilities, and children at risk, to reach their goals. The Center provides diagnosis, evaluation, and case management through its own staff. It also acts as a "coordinator" of services, which are available to the developmentally disabled from other agencies in the community. California Center for Law and the Deaf (CalCLAD)

Committed to the protection and advancement of the legal rights of deaf and hard-of-hearing people, (CalCLAD) is located at, and affiliated with, the Deaf Counseling, Advocacy and Referral Agency (DCARA).
